ABOUT ME
I began my yoga journey at Oxford University as a student. My 30 plus years of studying yoga has led me to understand the patterns of ill health in myself and in my family. Working with these patterns takes a lifetime of practice. Medicine, yoga and meditation are lifelong tools for this. Holistically managing the ageing process with lifestyle medicine such as nutrition, movement, sleep and yoga is a large part of my work with clients. Using every tool in the box, and constantly updating these skills.

I create new patterns for health with my clients. I work to help them understand their own problems using many perspectives including scientific, spiritual and relational.

I use the latest scientific research to come to an understanding of how to address health problems. This is then combined with yoga, meditation, pranayama, herbal medicine and lifestyle changes. With yoga therapy, the wisdom of the east and west are fluidly delivered to my clients.
HOW OUR SESSIONS WORK
Having established a connection, I will send you a form which you can either fill in before the first session or we can work on together. You can book six or twelve sessions at a time, or we can have an on-going arrangement.

We can work over Zoom, or if circumstances allow we can meet in person.

Our work agenda is created together. I care passionately about getting the best possible health outcome for you and I have studied extensively to help me achieve this. I also rely on my own experience of healing from injury, stress and disease.
MY TRAINING
I have studied and trained extensively throughout my life, most recently with the Minded Institute in London. The training took me deep into scientific and neuroscientific research on how yoga naturally creates the conditions - emotional, spiritual, physical and mental - to create healing within everybody.
My original training at the Life Centre in London was after spending 12 years as a journalist whilst raising a young family in London. Since this time I have completed additional trainings in Yoga Nidra, Pranayama, and introduced some qi-gong to my work.
I have been teaching in London, Berlin, and occasionally in the US and the Bahamas for 20 years.
